At Endless Bows and Crafts LLC, we strive to provide high-quality, handmade bows, crafts, and accessories that bring joy to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason youโre not, we are here to help with returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will offer a full refund or replacement based on the issue.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
- Change of Mind: We do not typically accept returns for "change of mind" on custom or personalized items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your non-custom item (such as ready-made bows or accessories), you may be eligible for a return or exchange if it is in new, unused condition.
2. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping:
- For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For "change of mind" returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Condition of Returns: All items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: These are made to your specific request and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Used or Worn Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability.
- If you are exchanging for a higher-priced item, we will invoice you for the price difference.
- If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will issue a refund for the difference once the original item is returned.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an item is shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return once it arrives.
